✍️ Step 2: Product Development & Sampling

Once we align on your requirements:

  • We prepare costing estimates
  • Source appropriate fabrics and trims
  • Develop tech packs or finalize yours
  • Produce samples for your review and feedback

Sampling typically takes 2–3 rounds, depending on complexity.

🧵 Step 3: Factory Matching & Production Setup

We select a factory from our trusted network — matched to your product type, volume, and quality expectations.
We confirm:

  • Pricing
  • MOQ
  • Timeline
  • Payment terms
    Once approved, production is scheduled.

🧑🏭 Step 4: Manufacturing & Quality Monitoring

During production, we maintain close communication with the factory:

  • Monitor progress and adherence to specs
  • Conduct visual checks and report back
  • Provide updates on lead time, packaging, and freight readiness

You stay informed at every stage — without having to chase for updates.

📦 Step 5: Final Delivery & Ongoing Support

Once production is complete:

  • Goods are packed to your requirements (with branding if needed)
  • We coordinate export readiness and delivery to your nominated warehouse or logistics provider
  • We remain available post-production to handle reorders, refinements, or scaling support

  • Sampling: 3–5 weeks (incl. revisions)
  • Production: 4–8 weeks (depending on order size and style)
  • Shipping: Based on location and method (we help coordinate)
